Wristbands
Guests in All Inclusive service will be identified with colored bracelets, beside, it shall be necessary to show the hotel passport at the restaurants and bars.
It is not posible to enjoy tha AI programm without the wristband.
Credit
In order to charge your expenses during your stay on your room bill, it is necessary to open a credit line with your credit card or with cash deposit at the reception.
If you want to use the phone in your room, you have to open a credit first
Extras
All other services not mentioned in this All Inclusive (AI) Program are not part of the contracted meal board, and will be charged with the official published prices.
Consumptions
You are only allowed to order a drink per person at a time. It is not allowed to order several drinks at the same time. You have to finish your drink to order the next one.
Guests with half board
It is not allowed to order drinks for other guests of the hotel. If you want to invite another guest who does not have All Inclusive (AI) Programm, the items have to be paid as per price list.
The staff has instructions to charge the items if this occurs.
All Inclusive Service Hours
The AI Service ends every day at midnight and restarts the next morning with the breakfast service. On departure the service ends at 12:00 noon.

The service hours are orientative and might be modified at any time. Foods and Beverages not included in this program have to be paid at the published prices.
