Due to the special hydrological conditions of our island, water is a highly valuable but scarce commodity. Please use it prudently and do not waste it.
Similarly, you are informed that the tap water is drinkable although it is not recommended for consumption.
We have a commitment to the environment in terms of bed linen change. Bed sheets are changed every other day, bathrobes once a week and towels daily. If you wish, and for your greater comfort, we can change them according to your preferences.
The handle of the main door of your room carries a “Do not disturb” sign.
If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign outside the door.
The rooms are cleaned daily between 8:30 am. and 3 pm. If you wish your room to be cleaned at a certain time do not hesitate to inform Front Desk.
Please do not hang clothes or towels on the room balcony handrails.
If there is anything wrong with your room, please inform Reception so that they can send the Technical Service department to solve the incident as soon as possible.
If you do not wish to take telephone calls or would rather take them at a particular time, please inform Front Desk.
